17/5/2009 Peranakan Mansion Part 1
Last weekend, decided to go to little India for photo shooting. While on my way to little India, I passed by an interesting tourist attraction which I have never been, which is a mansion of previous Baba and Nyonya - the Peranakan Mansion.
I have saw the mansion before in the Penang tourism advertisement, yet I have no idea where it is located until last weekend, shame on me. Anyway, finally I managed to visit the place and also have snapped many pictures in the mansion. Due to the amount of photos, I will separate the photos into several post.
Location of the Peranakan Mansion
Address:
29, Church Street, 10200 Penang, Malaysia.
Visiting Hours:
Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays from 9:30 am to 5 pm
Phone No:
604-2642929
Fax No:
604-2641929
E-Mail:
rmhbaba@streamyx.com
As the website stated no video and photo shooting within the mansion, but they never prohibited me from shooting for more than 2 hours within the mansion, maybe they have changed the rules :P.
