11/7/2009 Pulau Langkawi Part 3
An eagle searching for its prey
Kilim Geoforest Park, we're near to the border of Thailand, me and my friend received GPRS activation message from Thailand
After that, we went to Galeria Perdana, a grand two double-storey buildings that houses an impressive collection of over 2,500 gifts and awards given by eminent world leaders to former Malaysia's Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and his wife, Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali
One of the corridor with several photos of Tun Dr Mahatir
At the center of Galeria Perdana, the ceiling is so impressive
Wider view of the ceiling
The carpet is just beneath the ceiling, well, they're just too tired after traveling for so long
I guess they might have thought that I fainted on the floor
Malaysia traditional wayang kulit
The light, the shape of the lamp holder and the ceiling just made a nice composition
Keris, Malay's traditional weapon, are those genuine gold?
Another ceiling that looks interesting
Is this Tun Dr Mahatir's first car? (sorry, I didn't read the info written there, too busy snapping photos :P)
Eeeewwww..... this photo looks a bit gay
Outside the Galeria Perdana
Husband and wife
After we went to a Thai Restaurant for lunch, we headed to the Eagle Square and return our transport to the travel agent.
The famous Eagle status located at Eagle Square
I guess my pose spoiled the photo
Wong Fei Hong and his disciples visited Langkawi
Legenda Park near to the Eagle Square, unfortunately it is under renovation or maintenance, we only manage to snap some photos at the outskirt
These monkeys like to jump a lot (actually I requested them to jump :P)
They look bored
Say Mozarella!!!!! (nowadays have to differentiate which type of cheese you want :P)
Those are not essence of chicken, those are wine, though it looks like essence of chicken
He's the Langkawi Wine Drinker 2009's champion
Got to go, see you again next time ;)
Of course, I must be included in at least one last photo
Though we only spent 2 days and 1 night over there, and though the 2 days we were bathed in rain most of the time, but this was a nice trip for me, not because I managed to see many things I never see before, but it's the precious moment and fun time we have together. I really appreciated it a lot.
I Wanna specially thanks to the 2 organizers, and a driver, for giving us such a good trip, whether they going to see this or not ;).
